Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v0.5.4

#Need Miniconda3
module load system/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/plotsr-v0.5.4

Be careful, to unload, not use module purge but in order:

module unload bioinfo/plotsr-v0.5.4
module unload system/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/plotsr/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_plotsr-v0.5.4.sh
