module load bioinfo/orthagogue-v1.0.2

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/orthAgogue/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_orthagogue-v1.0.2.sh or  sbatch test_orthagogue-v1.0.2_mpi.sh
