Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/msmc-1.1.0

WARNING! By default all cpu are used on the nodes. See -t option. Reserve same number cpus with slurm (-c option).

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/msmc/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_msmc-1.1.0.sh
