Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/iSMC-0.0.23

Warning! By default all cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust number_threads parameter of ismc command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/iSMC/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_iSMC-0.0.23.sh (No data found, so just help option.)
