Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/gemBS-rs-3.5.1_IHEC

-> Version v4.0

module load bioinfo/gemBS-rs-v4.0


WARNING:

By default, this software uses 8 threads ... remember to reserve resources if used on cluster

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/gemBS/example_on_cluster
