Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

module load bioinfo/elprep-5.0.2

Warning! By default all cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust --nr-of-threads of elprep  command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/elPrep/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_elprep-5.0.2.sh
