Warning only run on bradwell nodes:

add option --constraint=broadwell to sbatch or srun command

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/bwa-mem2/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_bwa-mem2-2.0pre2.sh
