Load binaries and environment:

#Need bwa and samtools
module load bioinfo/bwa-0.7.17 bioinfo/samtools-1.10

module load bioinfo/Yleaf-2.2

(Default Position files directory: /usr/local/bioinfo/src/Yleaf/Yleaf-2.2/Position_files/)

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Yleaf/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_Yleaf-2.2.sh (No dataset found so just help option)
