Be careful, to unload, not use module purge but in order:

module unload bioinfo/whokaryote-052334e3
module unload system/Miniconda3-4.7.10

Example directory for use on cluster:

To submit: sbatch test_whokaryote-052334e3.sh (No data found , so just help option)
