or  java -Xmx4G -jar /usr/local/bioinfo/src/VarScan/VarScan-2.4.2/VarScan.v2.4.2.jar ...

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/VarScan/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_VarScan-2.4.2.sh
