module load system/Python-3.6.3 bioinfo/samtools-1.8 bioinfo/bedtools-2.26.0 bioinfo/bwa-0.7.15

module load bioinfo/tigmint-1.1.2

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Tigmint/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_tigmint-1.1.2.sh
