Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v2.3.4

Console mode: module load bioinfo/structure_v2.3.4_console
Graphical mode: module load bioinfo/structure_v2.3.4_frontend (non functionali for multi-user. Must be installed in user directory)

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

For console mode:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Structure/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_structure_v2.3.4_console.sh
