Load binaries and environment:

module load compiler/gcc-9.3.0

module load bioinfo/strobealign-v0.4

Warning! By default 3 cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust -t option of strobealign command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/StrobeAlign/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_strobealign-v0.4.sh
