Load binaries and environment:

#Need Miniconda
module load system/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/SVanalyzer-v0.36

To unload module, unload in order:

module unload bioinfo/SVanalyzer-v0.36
module unload system/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/SVanalyzer/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_SVanalyzer-v0.36.sh
