Load binaries and environment:

#Need Miniconda
module load system/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/svim-asm-v1.0.3

Be careful, to unload, not use module purge but in order:

module unload bioinfo/svim-asm-v1.0.3
module unload system/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/SVIM-asm/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_svim-asm-v1.0.3.sh (No sample data was found, so only the help option)
