Load binaries and environment:

#Need STAR v2.7.8a, samtools
module load bioinfo/STAR-2.7.8a bioinfo/samtools-1.14

module load bioinfo/STAR-Fusion-v1.10.0

Warning! By default 4 cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust --CPU option of STAR-Fusion command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/STAR-Fusion/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_STAR-Fusion-v1.10.0.sh
