module load bioinfo/SOAPdenovo-Trans-1.0.4

Warning! By default 8 cpus are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust -p option of SOAPdenovo-Trans command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/SOAPdenovo-Trans/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_SOAPdenovo-Trans-1.0.4.sh
