module load compiler/gcc-7.2.0 bioinfo/samtools-1.8 system/parallel-20180122

module load bioinfo/sedef-1.1

Warning! Only run on new nodes. Add --constraint broadwell sbatch option.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/SEDEF/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_sedef-1.1.sh
