module load bioinfo/samtools-0.1.19 bioinfo/bedtools2-2.18.0 system/R-3.5.1

module load bioinfo/ribotaper-1.3.1a

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/RiboTaper/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_ribotaper-1.3.1a.sh
