Need NSEG,TRF,Repeatmasker:
module load bioinfo/nseg_26_01_1996 bioinfo/trf-v4.09 bioinfo/RepeatMasker-4-0-7

Load RepeatScout: 
module load bioinfo/RepeatScout-1.0.5

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/RepeatScout/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_RepeatScout-1.0.5.sh
