Load binaries and environment:

# Need Minimap and Racon-> v1.0
module load bioinfo/minimap2-2.5 bioinfo/racon-v1.4.10

module load bioinfo/Rebaler-v0.2.0

#Warning! For racon, run only on broadwell node (add --constraint=broadwell option to sbatch command)



Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Rebaler/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_Rebaler-v0.2.0.sh (No data found so just help option)
