module load bioinfo/ReLERNN-v1.0.0

Warning! By default all cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust -t option of ReLERNN commands and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/ReLERNN/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_ReLERNN-v1.0.0.sh

(Le calcul sur GPU ne fonctionne pas donc des erreurs dûes à la version tensorflow2 requise par ReLERNN et notre version 9 de CUDA. Mais pas d'erreur du job et fichiers de sortie générés apparemment)
