#Load needed dependencies. See /usr/local/bioinfo/src/RAMPART/rampart-0.12.3/dependencies_version_help (ex: one threads only for ABySS)

module load bioinfo/rampart-0.12.3

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/RAMPART/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch -p testq test_rampart-0.12.3.sh (NON-FUNCTIONNAL because of Quake and R pb compatibility)
