Load binaries and environment:

#Need jellyfish-2.2.10
module load bioinfo/jellyfish-2.2.10

module load bioinfo/quorum-1.1.1

Warning! By default all cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust -t option of quorum command and --cpus-per-task for Slurm


Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Quorum/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_quorum-1.1.1.sh
