module load bioinfo/samtools-1.4 system/R-3.4.3 bioinfo/bwa-0.7.15 bioinfo/IGV_2.4.10

module load bioinfo/popoolation2_1201

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/PoPoolation2/example_on_cluster

To submit: batch test_popoolation2_1201.sh
