Load binaries and environment:

module load compiler/gcc-11.3.0

module load bioinfo/plass-v4-687d7

Warning! By default all cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust --threads option of plass command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.
Warning! Run only on broadwell node (add --constraint=broadwell option to sbatch command)


Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Plass/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_plass-v4-687d7.sh
