Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v1.1.0

#Need Miniconda
module load system/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/PlasFlow-v1.1.0

Be careful, to unload, not use module purge but in order:

module unload bioinfo/PlasFlow-v1.1.0
module unload system/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/PlasFlow/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_PlasFlow-v1.1.0.sh
