Load binaries and environment:

-> Version v4.2.21

module load bioinfo/PhiSpy-4.2.21

Warning! By default 2 cpus are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust --threads option of PhiSpy.py command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/PhiSpy/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_PhiSpy-4.2.21.sh
