Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v1.7.4

#Need Miniconda
module load system/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/parsnp-v1.7.4

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/parsnp-v1.7.4
module unload system/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

Exemple:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Parsnp/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_parsnp-v1.7.4.sh
