Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v4.2.2

#Need Miniconda
module load system/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/pantools-v4.2.2

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/pantools-v4.2.2
module unload system/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/PanTools/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_pantools-v4.2.2.sh
