Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/plast-v2.3.1

module load bioinfo/plast-v2.3.2


WARNING: By default, Plast uses all threads available in the computer!Don't forget to adjust -a  option of plast command and --cpus-per-task for Slurm

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/PLAST/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_plast-v2.3.1.sh
