or use absolute path: /usr/local/bioinfo/src/PEAR/pear-0.9.10/bin/

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/PEAR/example_on_cluster

To submit:

sbatch test_pear-0.9.10.sh
