Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/ora-2.0 (load also dependancies HMMER and FASTA)

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/ORA/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_ora-2.0.sh
