module load compiler/gcc-9.3.0

module load bioinfo/merfin-576d351

(module load scripts in user's PATH)
Warning! Don't forget to adjust -threads option of merfin command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Merfin/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_merfin-576d351.sh
