Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v1.2.0

#Need Miniconda
module load system/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/mashtree-v1.2.0

To unload module, unload  in order:

module unload bioinfo/mashtree-v1.2.0
module unload system/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Mashtree/example_on_cluster

To subit: sbatch test_mashtree-v1.2.0.sh
