Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/manta-1.6.0

#Warning! By default all cpu are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust -j option of runWorkflow.py command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Manta/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_manta-1.6.0.sh
