module load bioinfo/kraken-1.1

To build your own database, you will need Jellyfish
module load bioinfo/jellyfish-1.1.11

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Kraken/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_kraken-1.1.sh
