Warning! Default cpu:all of the node minus one (don't forget to adjust -t for kmergenie and --cpus-per-task for Slurm)

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/KmerGenie/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_kmergenie-1.6213.sh
