Load binaries and environment:

#Need R
module load system/R-3.4.3

#Need Miniconda
module load system/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/haplostrips-a1ad8f4

To unload module, unload  in order:

module load bioinfo/haplostrips-a1ad8f4
module load system/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Haplostrips/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_haplostrips-a1ad8f4.sh
