Load binaries and environment:

#If need PredictHaplo
module load bioinfo/PredictHaplo-Paired-0.4

#Need Miniconda
module load system/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/haphpipe-v1.0.3

Be careful, to unload, not use module purge but in order:

module unload bioinfo/haphpipe-v1.0.3
module unload system/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/HAPHIPE/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_haphpipe-v1.0.3.sh
