Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v2.2

module load bioinfo/GrapeTree-v2.2

Warning! By default 5 cpus are used on the node. Don't forget to adjust -n option of grapetree command and --cpus-per-task option for Slurm.

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/GrapeTree/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_GrapeTree-v2.2.sh
