module load system/R-3.4.3 bioinfo/samtools-1.4 bioinfo/tabix-0.2.5

module load bioinfo/svtoolkit_2.00.1774

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/GenomeSTRiP/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_svtoolkit_2.00.1774.sh
