module load compiler/gcc-4.8.2 mpi/openmpi-2.1.2

module load bioinfo/GeneSeqer-v5.2

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/GeneSeqer/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_GeneSeqer-v5.2.sh or sbatch test_GeneSeqer-v5.2_MPI.sh
