Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v1.2.2

module load bioinfo/framedp-1.2.2
The default is to use 2 processors. So ask for 2 cpus with Slurm (-c 2)

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/FrameDP/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_framedp-1.2.2.sh
