module load bioinfo/MECAT-d04bfa8 system/Python-3.6.3

module load bioinfo/FLAS-3ee80c3

usage: runFLAS.py [-h] [-c C] [-a1 A1] [-a2 A2] [-b1 B1] [-b2 B2] long_read.fa

Warning! default 16 cpus for MECAT
Warning! Only run on Broadwell node (add --constraint=broadwell sbatch option)

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/FLAS/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_FLAS-3ee80c3.sh
