module load bioinfo/Ensembl_APIv93

PATH and PERL5LIB are prepend

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Ensembl_API/example_on_cluster

To submit: cd  ~/work ; sbatch /usr/local/bioinfo/src/Ensembl_API/example_on_cluster/test.ensembl.sh
