Load binaries and environment:

-> Version v103.1

module load bioinfo/ensembl-vep-v103.1

-> Version v104.3

module load bioinfo/ensembl-vep-v104.3

-> Version v108.2

module load bioinfo/ensembl-vep-v108.2

Warning! No massive quest on the remote server, otherwise it blocks all the IPs of GENOLOGIN servers. 


Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Ensembl-VEP/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_ensembl-vep-v103.1.sh
