Dependencies programs directories are here: /usr/local/bioinfo/src/EUPAN/EUPAN-v0.44/tools

Example directory for use on cluster:

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/EUPAN/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_EUPAN-v0.44.sh
