Load binaries and environment:
------------------------------

-> Version v0.2.2 (Just CPU version.)

#Need Miniconda
module load system/Miniconda3
module load bioinfo/CellBender-v0.2.2

Be careful, to unload, not use module purge but in order:

module unload bioinfo/CellBender-v0.2.2
module unload system/Miniconda3

Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/CellBender/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_CellBender-v0.2.2.sh (No sample data was found, so only the help option)
