Load binaries and environment:

module load bioinfo/carthagene-v1.2-LKH
$ carthagene

The script carthagene will connect you on a virtual server independant of the cluster (4CPU, 16Go RAM).
Just your "save" storage is mounted on this server.

-> Version v1.3beta

module load bioinfo/carthagene-1.3beta

#Interactive mode
sbatch --pty bash
carthagne 
#In sbatch mode see script in /usr/local/bioinfo/src/Carthagene/example_on_cluster and run sbatch test_carthagene-1.3beta.sh


Example directory for use on cluster:
-------------------------------------

/usr/local/bioinfo/src/Carthagene/example_on_cluster

To submit: sbatch test_carthagene-1.3beta.sh
